Online Check-In
To make life easier please use the links below to access the “Online check in” engines of our Cruise lines. It will allow you to submit your Booked Guest travel information and check-in electronically via each of the Cruise Lines secure network…. beating the old fashioned email, fax or snail mail.
The following information will be required:
- Cruise line reservation number
- Passport details
- Home address and phone number
- Emergency contact name and phone number
- Pre & post travel arrangements (hotel or flight details)
- Credit card details for on-board expenses
- Creative Cruising highly recommends clients to purchase the travel insurance

Opens 3 days prior to sailing date. Click on “ALREADY BOOKED” on the top right side of the screen. Then choose “ONLINE CHECK-IN” and follow the instructions. Please note that you MUST be onboard the ship at least 1 hour before sailing. Documentation is usually released 20-50 days prior to sailing date if all payments are made.

Opens 6 months prior to sailing date as soon as your reservation is fully paid. Click on “ALREADY BOOKED” on the top right side of the screen. Click “CHECK-IN ONLINE” and follow the instructions. Please note that onboard check-in closes 1 hour prior sailing time. Documentation is usually released 75 days prior to sailing day if all payments are made.
- CELEBRITY CRUISES

Can be done after full payment is made. Point an arrow to “ALREADY BOOKED?” button on top of the screen and select “Online Check-in” from dropdown menu and then follow the instructions. Documentation is usually released 30-50 days prior to sailing date if all payments are made.

Can be done after full payment is made. Choose “Before you go” button on top of the screen and then select “Web Check-in” option form dropdown menu. Then click on “Start the Web Check-in now”. Documentation is usually released 3 weeks prior to sailing date if all payments are made.

“Guest Information Form” must be completed and submitted online at least 48 hours prior to sailing date. First you need to create an account on the website. And then login. After logging in select “Planning Centre” button on the top right side of the screen and click on “My Online Check-in” from dropdown menu. Documentation is usually released 14-21 days prior to sailing date if all payments are made.
- CRUISE & MARITIME VOYAGES

Please go online to ‘manage my cruise’ to complete so that your documents can be dispatched on time. Important information that must be completed in the ‘manage my cruise’ section is: Nationality, Passenger Address, At least one contact number for passengers, Correct date of birth, ID – must be photo ID – Must be valid ID, Expiry date for ID, Insurance – All fields must be completed. If using credit card travel insurance they need the underwriter of the policy and the policy number & Next of Kin details.

Please create an account by registering and complete online check-in. Documentation is released 50 days prior to sailing date if all payments are made.
- MSC CRUISES

- NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE

Must be completed 4 days prior sailing date at the latest. Select “Already booked ” and click on “Documents and Visa” from dropdown menu. Then click on “Check-in here”. Then follow the steps. Documentation is usually released 60 days prior to sailing date for a regular cabin and 30 days prior for a guaranteed cabin if all payment are made.
- ROYAL CARIBBEAN CRUISES

Online check-in will provide you with SetSail Pass. It must be completed and printed out up to 3 days prior to sailing date at the latest. Select “Before you board” and click on “Online check-in” from dropdown menu. Then by following the instructions login to Online Check-in. Documentation is usually released 40 days prior to sailing date.
- PRINCESS CRUISES
